Frequently asked questions
Are your prices really fixed?
Yes, for properties in average condition, and they include VAT. If a property is in a much worse state than usual we talk to you about it before we start, never after.
Are your cleaners vetted?
Everyone is DBS-checked, referenced and interviewed in person, and we carry £5m public liability insurance. Our cleaners work for us directly. We are not an agency and we do not sell enquiries on.
What is the 48-Hour Re-clean Guarantee?
If something is not right, tell us within 48 hours and we come back and re-clean those areas for free. It applies to every service.
Do I need to be home during the clean?
No, most clients are out. We handle keys, concierge desks, lockboxes and smart locks every day. Keys are tagged with a number only, never an address.
How quickly can you come?
Usually within two or three days, sometimes sooner. If it is urgent, message us on WhatsApp and we will tell you honestly what is possible.
